Since we are now trading recipes up here too this is one from the fat camp newsletter:

1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 - 10 3/4 ounce can low fat condensed cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 cups skim milk
3 cups cubed cooked turkey breast
1 - 10 ounce package frozen corn
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Spray large nonstick saucepan with cooking oil spray. Heat until hot. Add celery, onion, green and red bell peppers. Cook over medium heat until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat until chowder is hot.
Per Serving: 306 calories, 2g fat (5.7% calories from fat), 49g protein, 23g carbohydrate, 3g dietary fiber, 112mg cholesterol, 150mg sodium
 
Hey!

So I did my weigh in on Sunday and I didn''t gain or lose anything. Not even one tenth of a pound! I''m planning to do 20 mins on the elliptical and my weight tonight.

Hope everyone else is doing well.
 
Thanks for the recipe, it looks great! Unfortunately I stayed exactly the same this week also.

Had Taco Bell for lunch, tee hee....but I haven't had it in oh...3 months?! Since Texas!

Then went to work out and man did I sweat. And muscles are nice and sore. We did lots of kicks. So that was good.

Dinner is citrus grove salad from Sonoma Chicken Coop, SO GOOD with lots of fruits and some cheese mixed in with lettuce and pistachios and vinaigrette. OF course I will sneak a few bites of Greg's BBQ chicken sandwich, it's shredded white meat and the sauce is awesome.

I went 6.42 miles not great but better then nothing, I am such a wimp my battery on my iPod died and then it was just weird/lonely to be walking in the middle of the night by myself. I will go father tommorow.
 
I just did 30 minutes on eliptical this morning, but ate okay today. Half a potbelly veggie sandwich at a work meeting, with just a handful of chips (I usually gorge in meetings,so this isnt bad) and for dinner made snow peas, mushroom and chix stir fry.
