Well I had a VERY late start today. I had thought perhaps if I took a day or two off of walking my feet might thank me. But after working out every day for the past nine months it made me twicthy to try and sit still. I hope my core secrets thing gets here soon, perhaps that will be better. I ended up going 10.33 miles before I ran out of water.
Where is everybody?
 
I''d love to know how you end up liking the Core Secrets. I''ve been thinking about ordering it.
 
Honestly I figured for 15$ (that includes S&H) that I could try it. It has not arrived yet, but I have to be patient it was sent USPS and things are still behined with them.
 
I actually worked out early again today. I took an hour long powerflex class at ballys. I never go to that gym anymore, but since I have a membership....i went, it felt pretty good. I then walked 5 miles to a friends house for tea.

But the good news is, we went to see wicked tonight and wore a size 6p dress that I bought last year at fields and it has never fit, but tonight it did. so even though the scale isnt moving much, all this working out might just be paying off. so i am getting up in the morning and going to yoga!
 
I loved Core Secrets! But I kind of ditched their workout after the first few times and just did the parts I liked.

However I did see good ab changes and my abs were really sore the first few times. The only thing is that you have to cancel the sub to their stupid tapes or else they keep sending them and charging your card. I have gotten two and keep forgetting to call, ARGH. But other than that, the ball is fab..even sitting on it supposedly works your abs a bit.

Today I had THAI for lunch, very yummy but super fatty what with the coconut milk broth and all.

So for dinner in order to make up for it, we had salad and chicken soup from Whole Foods..yum and very healthy.

I also went to kickboxing and in between cardio we worked out very hard with the arms and throwing lots of hooks, so I should feel it tomorrow.
