Good Morning Ladies!
Starting off the day with the Core Secrets basics, which is a spiffy program. Really loosens you up.
 
Morning Mat, I am doing the same as usual, thinking of getting the exercise bike set up too, but it is so boring I find

What if you listened to an audiobook?
 
Yes that''s a good idea, I will have to try something to get me motivated. I used to run years ago before my back got so bad, then I hurt my knee ligaments which was excruciating and I was on crutches for a few weeks. Shame, as I used to love running.
 
I am sorry Lorelei, that sucks. If you like AudioBooks some local librairies have them or if yours doesnt Cracker Barrel rents them for 3.50$ a week. You can put them into iTunes or play them in the stero. I love them for walking or for long car drives. Helps me regain some of the me time back. Also the Core Secrets DVD are really low impact so perhaps they could work for you. If there is anything I can do to help, just let me know.
