Happy Halloween all!
It seems like we''ve all been a little lax in posting to these threads lately. I hope we can keep them going! It''s really a source of inspiration for me.
I was pretty good this weekend. I worked out on Saturday for a little more than an hour. Did 45 mintues of cardio and then some weights and lunges and squats. I got my bf to go with me, which was a pain since he was so not into it and we had just gotten into a fight right before we went. But he came and was good since I told him I needed some help and encouragement from him. I was planning on going Sunday too, but we went out and partied a little too hard Saturday night so I didn''t even make it out of the apartment. I certainly can''t hold my liquor like I used to!
I managed to get to the gym this morning and do 45 mintues of cardio. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and then 15 minutes on the treadmill, going slow, but at a pretty high incline. I didn''t bring my lunch today, but was good at lunch and got a salad, eventhough those stuffed baked potatoes were calling my name. Maybe I''ll splurge a little at dinner since I think I''m cooking for myself. We''ll see though!
