8.55 miles this morning, with the weights on my ankles and wrists. I am trying very hard to avoid the scale.
 
Yay, I can finally post here too! I''m trying to get back into a fitness routine after being totally without one for some time now.

Of course I come nowhere close to you Matatora, but you give me inspiration!

Oy! I am inspirtational! I am quite the heavy hippo girl. I have nearly 40 lbs to lose to be healthy and 50 pounds to be cute. I had been making decent progress but the last two weeks have been rubbish.

I am doing resonably with exercise, but my eating habits are odd at best, one day I will be to busy to eat, the next I will eat enough for large family.
