Rise and Shine!! A three day weekend! Woohoo!!!

Jelly and I just got back from our morning walk. I'm not 100% better, but I woke up like it was Christmas morning because I'm getting my e-ring/wedding band from Whiteflash this morning! Fed Ex doesn't open till 9am here and I had to keep myself busy doing something, right? Why not exercise?

Has anyone done Windsor Pilates before? As I was sick yesterday, there was nothing on TV and I was watching the infomercial. I would love to sculpt up my body before the wedding. And walking and biking thing hasn't helped with weight loss.

How exciting Jelly! I don''t know HOW you could do ANYTHING waiting for your package, good for you for keeping calm. I have done some more tree trimming so that was my exercise and I have just had some chocolate

Bloody hell Jelly, how exciting!

I''d get plenty of exercise wrestling the Fedex guy to the ground and holding him in a full head lock, whilst I prized the parcel from his hand.

But seriously, i have seen the photo''s and you must be over the moon!

Anyway...my work out was a 1-hour walk around the lake, which is close to where we live. It went great until I came home, made a coffee and had a bag of crisps!

jelly i''m sure you are just dying with excitement!

oh winsor pilates, i have the tape, it''s good but you have to stick with it. it''s kind of boring if you do it at home so i only did it a few times then got fairly bored...i think if i were to do pilates i''d take a class or somthing where i can have some interaction with others to try to keep me motivated/interested. but if you think you can stick with it while doing it at home, you definitely DO feel the burn and i hear it works.

Well it IS the weekend Blod! I am also partial to the odd bag of crisps too - Walkers Cheese and Onion preferably! Twiglets too - yum! I was fed up so I just had to have a box of Maltesers. Now I regret it but will work extra hard tomorrow!

Hi all! Hope your weekends are goign well. I have not actually worked out today, but I have been painting the house for the past couple of hours. My back is aching

. I am definitely burning some calories!

I''d love to head out to the gym tomorrow morning, but I''m not sure what this snow storm is to bring us overnight.

Have a nice weekend ladies!
