Had a bowl of smart start for breakfast and a nutrigrain bar for lunch. So much for not eating carbs today. Oh, well! I should probably grab something else now before i begin binging. Went to the gym this morning, only did 35 minutes on precor, but its better than nothing. Anyone else still trying to be good this week?

I haven''t gone to the gym since Saturday, but my eating hasn''t been horrible. This morning I had instant oatmeal made with skim milk and a salad and some fruit and nuts for lunch. I have a party after work, so I will try not to drink so much, but it is an open bar, so we''ll see how that goes. Not sure of my dinner plans.

I have my trainer tomorrow morning, so I know I''ll work out then. Thursday is a holiday so I''ll be fasting all day. Maybe my body will get used to not eating...
