Well as bad as I am doing with my eating, I am sticking to my exercise plan. This morning I went just over five miles with the wrist weights on. Tongiht I did 5.5 miles with no weights but it still felt great. It makes me feel good to get out and move but I still need to find that inner will to make myself give up eating so much.
 
I am always pretty good at working out, some days better than others. Today I rode my bike to the gym and did 30 minutes on the eliptical. When I got home my bf called and asked me to go up to wrigley, i rode my bike another 8 miles up there and back. So I got quite the workout.

Today is my second day on south beach, and i am really hoping i can stick to it. It isnt that hard, but gosh old habits die hard. No bread, fruit or sugar of any sort for the second day in a row, maybe I should go to bed now, before tempatation hits.

Sounds like you are getting great workouts in, the food is always the hardest part to get under control. I know, because I have never been able to.
