Well as bad as I am doing with my eating, I am sticking to my exercise plan. This morning I went just over five miles with the wrist weights on. Tongiht I did 5.5 miles with no weights but it still felt great. It makes me feel good to get out and move but I still need to find that inner will to make myself give up eating so much.
