Thanks for all the kind words yesterday. I''m feeling much better today. After yesterday''s overeating, I went home and jogged .8 miles! That''s huge for me, considering before I started working out more I only ran when chased. Got up early this morning, walked a mile with the fiance, came home, had some Kashi Go Lean with some almonds on top and I''m back on track! Bean and cheese burrito on whole wheat wrap for lunch today and some fruit and veggies for snack. Hope y''all have great days!
