It''s been a bit quiet in the workout thread lately. Not wanting to let go, however, I''m posting another.

That being said, this morning I was so weak, I hardly deserve to call my efforts a workout. I was feeling ill again yesterday and didn''t eat much. BF said today was just about showing up and going through the motions... which is exactly what I did.

How is everyone else doing?

Hope you feel better soon. Well I have cheated badly and ate a WHOLE BAG of caramels - yummy! Have been good the past few days foodwise, but too cold to go out and do much so I am thinking of dusting off the ab belt and using that again. Don''t try to workout again until you feel better and when you do take it steady.
 
good afternoon!

i have been away from my computer because of the long holiday weekend, but i''ll give you a short update--

I was quite proud that on Friday, I skipped happy hour with co-workers to spend it at the gym! I had a good, energetic workout, went home showered, ate a good meal and then went out

I normally rest on the weekends, with some hiking or other activity thrown in -- which we did on saturday.

and on holiday monday i went to fiancee''s gym for a 40 minute workout. i weighed myself there and the scale registered a total of 10 lbs less.
 
yay for all you gals doing so great!!

i have done a big fat load of nothing. oh well actually last nite i did a bunch of situps and crunches and a bunch of leg kicks and lifts but other than that, zippo!

tonite is my sister''s birthday dinner so i''m not working out, tomorrow will finally be the night! i hope to walk about 1-2m today to at least do something!
 
Did my exercise bike tonight for 30 minutes!
