Good morning ladies,
I didn''t workout last night but not too upset about it. I guess I had some sort of 24hr bug b/c I feel better now. Or maybe just needed a good night''s sleep. I fell asleep around 9:30! I did get a little exercise in b/c I went outside and walked/jogged about 6 blocks while my son rode his bike. It was fun. I have to remember to do that more often!
My eating was good yesterday and I plan to workout this evening. It will only be my 2nd day but I hope to get in 4 total this week (plus yesterday''s 1/2

Good morning, everyone. I''m trying to slowly work my way into working out since my accident. Last week I only managed 2 workouts, and this week I''d like to get in three. I jogged 2 miles on Monday, and I plan on jogging at least 2 miles today. I still can''t get back to lifting weights because of my shoulder, but cardio is still good for me to do.

I hope everyone else has a great workout today!
 
okay report on the bay dijon scallops thing....it was good but not SO GOOD that i''d do it again anytime soon. so onto the next recipe! well at least it was healthy. i did have a little mini root beer float (my guilty pleasure now) with 1/2 fat breyers and some root beer, good news is it was only 270 calories and it hit the spot for the craving sweet thing. and my calories for yesterday were still way under what i am aiming for in terms of a goal so feeling pretty good! walked a mile and a half last nite only....tonite hope to do 2-3 miles if i can get my mind wrapped around it, suddenly i am so bored when walking! oh and my leg is doing this weird twitching thing from my workout on monday. but the arm still feels pretty good! so hoping to go to class again tomorrow night.

Hey y''all! I did really well on eating today- I had a huge delicious salad for dinner tonight with a tomatoe, some cucumber and an avocado- oil and vinegar! Delish!

Hardcore walked a little over a mile- I was trying to get home before AI started! So other than those 6 marshmallows I ate, no junk food at all. Yay! Hope y''all had a good rest of the day!
