I was not sure if Marlee would last, but boy did she look amazing last night! What a figure after 4 kids.

It is sad, but she really proved her point and I think she was gracious and lovely.

Shannon and Derrick have much chemistry.

Ditto to all of the above. She absolutely sparkled tonight! The roles I''ve seen her in have always been of someone with a tough edge... I think this might have been the first chance to see her as a beauty (blue eyeshadow not withstanding

). DWTS has provided a real career boost to some of the celebs. I hope it works that way for her!

As for Shannon and Derek... I think there might be more than just dance floor chemistry there....
 
Oh no, I can''t believe they sent Mario home. I thought they would send Marissa or Christian home; one of them should have gone home. Oh well

I really liked Mario. I wanted Marissa to go, just do NOT think she is attractive to watch.

I think Jason and Kristi will be the final two unless something really big in terms of an upset happens.
 
I didn''t think anyone really had two standout dances last night, so I was prepared for anyone to get booted off tonight, but... I was expecting Mario to be in the final three! I''d be surprised if Marissa makes it to the finals if only because she doesn''t have a lot of fluidity or subtlety (sp???) on the dance floor. I''m starting to warm up to her when she doesn''t have the whole "on stage" persona thing going on though.

Loved seeing the the judges favorites from past seasons, and seeing Mario Lopez (this is totally embarassing, but --

I agree. I would love to see a woman win again! I think Marissa will go next. Christian is doing a good job and I think people are curious to see how is will cope (so far so good) with just using one arm.
 
I loved the Judges Favorites. It''s amazing at how "good" I thought some of them were in the early seasons (when they could only practice a couple hours a day) and how good some of them are NOW (when they practice ALL day.)

I have to say I really have loved this season. It''s the only one I''ve really gotten into aside from the year they had Apollo, Billy Ray, Joey, and that crowd. Of course I probably love it because Kristi was my idol when I was a kid.

I swear I typed up a post but it seems to have disappeared!

Derek moved in with Elizabeth last week. Don''t forget that he is 23 and she is 34! The first night he was living at her place his car got keyed really badly. They really suspect that it was her ex-boyfriend who she left for Derek.
 
I wondered about those two; can''t say as I blame one or the other, but how long will her boy toy be enough? It''s too bad about his car, but.....

This show is becoming notorious for couples hooking up: Mario Lopez and Karena; Helio and Derek''s uber-cute sister; and now Derek and Shannon Elizabeth.

They did, and she was also engaged but felt she was too young, has a lot going on. I am not sure WHAT broke up Helio and his fiancee, maybe it would have happened anyway? Not saying that their chemistry did not cause issues with Helio and his fiancee, but supposedly Julianne says they never were dating and nothing occured between them. Blah Blah Blah, one never knows!

I am happy with the outcome. Aside from Mario and Christian (loved them both) I think they made good choices along the way with who went off the show.

Monica Seles poor thing is NOT a dancer but hey, she tried.

I thought Jason and Edyta were so well matched in body and grace and style, as were Kristi and Mark. They really suited each other so well, both couples were good together. It is such a fun show and I love it!
