David Klass Colored Gemstone thread?

Hello all-- it has been a super long time since I have posted on Pricescope. I am finally going to set my 4 carat Chrysoberyl (https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/my-new-4-15-chrysoberyl.177782/ ), and I am thinking of working with David Klass. Since I haven't been on in so long, I am not sure if there is a David Klass colored stone thread out there already? If not, would you be willing to share you DK gem projects?

Any other suggestions for ring designers who set outside colored stones?

He has done a number of colored stone rings for me over the years and is currently doing one for me now.

Here are a few of mine. The first few I still own, made entirely by him. I sourced all of the stones including the halo stones.

My advise in working with him is that you need to know very clearly what you want and how to communicate your design.

I also had him build a head for this band. Attaching my sapphire and creating a tiara ring. He made the basket, not the shank.

The first one is a 3.28 grey spinel. Set in 14k white gold with G VS lab diamonds. David’s engraving is so beautiful!

Around a 1.50 Spinel that color changes from grey, blue, and purple. Setting is exquisite. Such amazing work was done on this setting. It’s called Champagne gold. 18k

I’ve had many projects done by DK. I concur with Niel that it’s smoothest when you know what you want, otherwise there can be a lot of back and forth. I’m always happy with the final product. If you search my threads, you’ll see lots of pics.
