David Klass Rose gold cushion shape bezel pendant

So I got this pendant in the mail today. It's my original first diamond. I previously had David remove the princess cut diamonds from my old wedding set and make a bezel set diamond eternity band in 18kt rose gold.
I love that ring but didn't know what to do with the center diamond. I decided to just set it into a cushion shape bezel pendant with milgrain to match the ring he made.
I didn't want the diamond to flip so David set it with the chain permanently attached and he was nice enough to add a link at 16 inches and 18 inches.
I don't know the exact measurements of the diamond but David weighed it and said it was .90 I VS clarity. When I loupe it I see one tiny tiny spec so I think it's VS1. I previously had the diamond in a 1920's three stone ring and had David Wolf in NY appraise it and his appraisal matches what David Klass said except He said the diamond weighed less. I think he appraised the diamond at .72 carats.
The diamond is an OEC diamond and I never really appreciated the cut until now. It looks more transitional to me because I see a checker board pattern. I tried to take pictures of it below.

And on my neck. I love the rose gold bc all you see is the diamond. The rose gold sort of blends into my skin and makes it look like the diamond is floating. Also, the diamond had fleabite chips on the girdle so now it's protected by the bezel.

David sent me a video and I wish I could post it. The faceting is beautiful and the diamond looks so white.
I never really cared for the pattern until now but when I loupe it, it looks perfectly symmetrical to my eyes.

Thank you ladies! I really love the work that David does and he really aims to please. At first I wasn't sure I wanted a permanent chain, but David assured me I could return it if I didn't want it.
His work is wonderful and extremely affordable as well. I'm now trying to decide on my next project with him!

So I took some more pictures outside this morning. Don't mind my pajamas! LOL! I like layering the necklace so I layered it this time with a Tiffany .12 diamonds by the yard necklace in platinum. I actually have the same one from Tiffany's in rose gold with a little bigger diamond and the matching earrings for both. I may decide to sell one or both in the future.
