Design ideas anyone?

Hello Everyone,

I have my original wedding set from 27 years ago (Shane Company, we were both in college then...). About 12 years ago or so, the center very included diamond fell out. I'd like a chance to re-do the ring entirely, but don't even know where to start from a design perspective. There are four tapered baguettes, and six small diamonds. Any paperwork with the specs is unfortunately long gone.

I'd like to somehow design a ring with a medium to medium-light blue round bezeled sapphire, and also incorporate the diamonds from my original set, and use platinum. Design gurus, do you have any advice?

Stand alone for sure.
Heidi Gibson's stuff is beautiful, but not my style. I'm way too rough with my hands.

You could double up the baguettes, side by side, and put three of the rounds on each side of the shank. Something like this, but with the center bezeled.
