Desperately looking for this ring that I just lost !

I just lost my wedding ring !

My wife and I had bought the same ring when we got married.

I am attaching 2 pictures I took from my wife's ring (mine was the same just a couple of sizes larger)

Very original style: Double rings stacked into each other with triangles, 18K Gold with small diamonds.

We bought them in Dubai and remember it was also in an Italian catalog at the jeweler, but I can't find it on the internet.

Can anyone help please?

Nothing other than the marking for the Gold.

I've checked many sites and even Google images, but nothing so far. And we don't have the jeweler's contact in Dubai, unfortunately (this would have been my best bet !). Unless there is a way to post an image on Google, which I'm not aware of !
