Hi there everyone

i know this is strange but really would like to know what is OEC/OMC Diamonds? and is there any diamond called Tension rings for men??

I would really like to know about these diamonds as much as i can please....

Hi annie! OEC are Old European Cut diamonds, and OMCs are Old Mine Cut diamonds. They are the predecessors to today's modern round brilliant cut, with fewer, 'chunky' facets and often open culets.

Tension refers to a style of ring setting, not the diamond itself, the diamond is sort of 'suspended' between each end of the band. Try putting 'tension setting' into the seach on this website, there's plently to be found!

As per my knowledge, OEC means, Old European Cut. Whereas OMC means Old Mine Cut. OMCs are more of the shape of a cushion cut. Below attached Image will flash more light and look differance between OEC and OMC.
