Did anyone purchase from Leon's jewelry on Ebay?

My best friend is considering purchasing their by-the-yard bracelet.

Unfortunately her budget would not accomodate for Whiteflash or BGD options. Now I wonder whether anyone here have purchased from them and could comment on the quality of diamond melee they use, as wll as whether their color/clarity grading reflects reality.
