About three weeks ago my boyfriend and I went to TIffany's to look at rings and finalize what exactly we want. The salesperson told us there was a ring that fit our desired specs and budget. My boyfriend asked the salesperson to have it brought in to the store so we could see it in person. She said she'd contact him when the ring was in.

Well it's been three weeks and my boyfriend has not mentioned anything about the ring since. I emailed the salesperson to see if the ring was still in the store and she never emailed me back. So I called another store and they said that ring is no longer availabe in the company. Do you guys think he purchased it and that's why the salesperson is not responding? I've emailed her before and she replied within a day.

He's been really busy with work so I don't know when he could have purchased it.

ya Id back off... and it usually only takes like 3 days to get a ring in there.. so Im guessing he got it and wants to suprise you... also it takes a couple weeks to get it sized..mines been in NYC for 2 weeks..so just be patient u dont want to piss him off...and im sure he''d tell you if they sold it...

Whether he got THAT ring or not, relax! The important thing is he wants to marry you! Whatever he does get will be perfect! Don't get so involved, you will be thankful later.

Oh no I think I just ruined my surprise unintentionally.

I took everyone's advice and I stopped trying to figure things out cause it was making me angry and crazy not to mention you were right about ruining my surprise. I just picked up our mail and in it is a letter from Tiffany's which looks very much like a bill. I am going to put the mail back in the mail box and tell him to get it.
