I clean my ring every day. I use the sparkle sparkle, brushes and cloth that came with my ring from WF. I have a Tiffany style band which doesn''t allow me to get the bottom clean. There is just a little hole.

Anyhoo I work part time waiting tables and I am worried about all the gunk my hands come in contact with!

I would like to buy one of those little steamers or ionic machines. Any suggestions what brand or type? Thanks!

Many people here have the Salton jewelry spa. I think you can get one at www.qvc.com

I have an ultra sonic from Jewelry Supply.com they are fantastic and they work with or with out the powder. (Plus it is tiny so it doesnt overwhelm my bathroom).

I have the ultrasonic jewelry cleaner by Sharper Image, available online or at any of their stores. The best part is that I make my own jewelry cleaning solution out of water, dishwashing soap, and windex...don''t have to buy any special solutions. I love it!

I have the Salton Jewelry Spa and love it! kaleigh is correct...the cheapest place I found for it was on QVC...

I kept the little brush from my little jar cleaner and I use that to get under the stone. Works like a champ. Some of we got a little tester brush from SS and its ok but the bristles are too long and bendy to be effecctive.

I completely forgot about this other product I recently received. I went to my jeweler last week to have my prongs checks and have them replated before we leave for vacation. I inquired about a portable cleaning product (I didn''t want to lug my steamer across the world!

). He gave me a 2 oz sample of Brilliant Diamond Cleaner, which works like SparkleSparkle...I guess all the celebrity presenters got a sample in their promotion bags at the Academy Awards.

I''ve tried it a couple times and it does work really well! If it''s anything like SS, then I''m sold!!

Hey AChiOAlumna my jeweler just gave me a spray bottle of that Brilliant stuff too. So far I am quite impressed and it will be handy to take on trips.

I''m glad you''re finding the product useful as well!! It''ll be a good test while I''m sailing across the world!! I like that it''s easy to pack...

Well thanks for the responses! I like the SS but I think I need something "heavy duty". The SS and little brushes work well but I feel like my ring is still dirty due to the amount of nasty things I handle while working. Even though it looks beautiful and sparkly I know crud is building up under the ring. I will search the links given and try to find a cleaner that can help!

i have every type of cleaner(s) that you can name.

You can try a waterpik! I did that last night to get into the little holes in my eternity band. I didn''t have it turned up high pressure but it was just enough to really dislodge junk I couldn''t get out.

ame,
Leave it to you to think of using a water pik, that''s a really great idea!!!!

Works to get the gunk out of my teeth and bridge, why wouldn''t it work on this?!

I just make sure I don''t crank up to high pressure, don''t want to dent the metal or mess anything up.
