Cards & Pockets is great for DIY pocketfold invites. They don't sell kits, per se, but they sell all the components to mix and match your own. Cards & Pockets Pocketfolds. I don't think they have the ribbon, but that's something you can easily pick up elsewhere. Be sure to check out their gallery for examples.

I did DIY invites also and found a video from mygatsby.com that was very helpful. They also have a ton of DIY kits on there with pocketfolds and a really nice cardstock selection but its a little pricey. Anyway good luck and heres the link to the video hope it helps
