Guys I'm wondering what is the name of these beautiful stones. Any help?

Any data (density, refractive index, or others) about the stone? if it is a real stone, I think it belongs to chalcedony family.

Honestly, your post is all over the place. Last week you post something about Ethiopian opal, emerald, and tsavorite. Yesterday, you post something about emerald. And now you are posting some 'mysterious stone'. If you want to learn about gemstone, I suggest you focus on one specific variety of stone (preferably a stone that you love the most). That was the way I acquired my knowledge about gemstone.

Note: try to avoid corundum and chrysoberyl as your first choice of gemstone

The green one is likely to be prehnite but the red is a bit of a mystery. It's too clean and large for either rhodocrosite or ruby but could be a chalcedony as Liao says.

Both gorgeous stones though, thanks for posting :))

I am loving gemstones more day after day! I enrolled in GIA's colored stones essential course and love to learn everything about all gemstones i see. Thanks for advising dude ;)) yep i wont buy any gemstone until i learn about them and gain hands on experience. Ahh cant wait though!
I have asked the name from the guy who has shared these pics. Been waiting for his answer for 3 days :eh:

I googled about chalcedony. Yea it seems like it is from this family. Amazingly beautiful even though not that precious! Will keep you up to date when i get an answer from the guy. ;))

The second one definitely looks like a prehnite.

not that precious? that is an understatement! One of the most expensive stone that I have ever sold was a family of chalcedony, agate. it is a set of agate with chinese zodiac pattern. if anyone curious, I will try to find the photo once I am back. I hope I can find it.

Top one probably a created gemstone or dyed agate bottom one prehnite would be my guess as well.

2nd probably prehnite.

No clue about the first stone, but it looks nice whatever it is.

First one might be spinel, however it's unusually clean for a cabbed spinel. The pic below is a comparable spinel.

Second one looks like prehnite to me too.

The guy answered me. "Hi, the green stone name is CHRYSOPRASE CHALCEDONY. And the red stone name is RED FANTA CHALCEDONY.
And price CHRYSOPRASE CHALCEDONY : $ 25 us dollar
And RED FANTA CHALCEDONY : $35 us dollar
Thanks"
I also asked for any treatments. And the stones turn out to be dyed. :eh: I am by the color of them.

Too bad but no surprising. Maybe you could stick to more well known vendors rather than seeking far and wide.

If you're looking for untreated chalcedony, MC has decent lavendar ones-

Bespoke-gems.com had a bunch of nice green ones a while back, quite inexpensive. Seems like they aren't listed on the site anymore. You can contact him and ask if he still has any.

Thank you Loverskites for the links. I will contact the guy and ask him.
What do you think of this rough prehnite? Do you think it is cuttable as cabochon?

I think it will probably be worth more as a nice mineral specimen, considering that the bytroidal shapes look well formed.

Maybe it's just unpolished, and I know very little about evaluating rough, but it seems that it's completely opaque and not translucent and therefore would not be a good contender for cabbing. Neat specimen, however.

Are you interested on faceting gems yourself? If so, if I were you, I'd start a thread here (or on a gem faceting forum, probably a better idea) asking what material is relatively easy to facet. I'm not sure but it makes sense to me that a very clean and cheap synthetic material would be the easiest way to start. Quartz is another option -- cheap, plentiful and has an easy polishing process (or so I've read).

Even if it is dyed, the green chalcedony is lovely!

Agreed; the shape is so interesting that it would be a shame to cab it.

Prehnite rough is very interesting in shape, and often in mineral collections.

Yea you guys are right. Keeping this rough as mineral is a better idea.
Im gonna start another thread about panjshir emeralds. I hope you guys participate.

Not surprised the red is dyed but the green is a dead ringer for prehnite in that photo - oh well.

I totally agree that the prehnite rough is lovely as it is and it would be a shame to cut it, so good to hear that you're not going to.

You crystal specimen is worth more as just that a specimen, so sell it or keep it as is rather than cutting it.
