Do you "try on" your wedding band?

My fiance and I just drove to Chicago to pick up our wedding bands last night. It is very tempting to try it on and look at it through-out the day. We did try them on in front of the jeweler to make sure they fit, but I''m wanting to do it just for fun. Is this bad? We have 11 days to go....

Yes, I admit it! But mainly to see if it still fits.

Granted this was years ago, but I admit I used to do this!! I had one of those w-sets where the w-band was "fitted" into the e-ring to make a complete look! I loved to try on the w-band so I could see what my set would look like after our wedding day!

I haven't even received my ering, yet I've tried in on many times. We also bought a band to sit flush with it and I've tried them on together many times. Since my ering is a solitaire, we bought a half eternity. Now I wear it as an index finger ring because I know I want a 3/4 or full eternity with bigger diamonds. Soooooo, I don't think it's a bad idea, it might enable you change your mind to get something slightly different and/or more appropriate. Better to change it before the wedding

Oh yes.. I do. I ask FI if I can play with them.. he has them hidden...LOL...

I love trying them one and he loves seeing me get excited... So I admit it.. I do.

We got our wedding bands months before the wedding. I wanted to wear the wedding band so bad, but my husband freaked out saying that it was bad luck. So, I would just wait until he was out of town, and I would try it on around the house. I even took it to work one time and showed everyone... and tried it on for them.

It didn''t bring me bad luck.
