This might be a longshot but does anyone have a 5 carat center stone with a HW double prong baguette setting? If so, what do you do for a wedding band?

Don't have this ring, but you could put almost any band with it. Personally, I think a thin round cut eternity or alternating round/baguette band would look nice.

How big is your stone, Msop? I saw you were talking about resetting it. Did you ever do that? Can you tell me the specs?

Can you post an example of the ring you are looking for, except for the fact that it would be 5 carats?

Sorry, I don't have the energy to figure out how to post the actual picture.

Wait my old setting had baguettes, straight ones though. Definitely not 5 carats. 3 carat OEC. I thought it was hard to find something the I felt comfortable with. I most often wore it with a single cut eternity. I think in your case I would pair it with some kind of plain band. 5 carats is a lot of bling.

Yes I have one. Not exactly the hw style since it's much more bulky but here it is with a 5 stone 20 pts each and a plain rose gold and from tiffanys. Please excuse my EXTREMELY swollen hands. Lol.

So the band doesn't sit flush with the ring?

No that's the "problem" with those sorts of settings - a straight band can't sit flush with tapered baguettes. You can get curved bands that wrap around but if you want straight, there's likely to be a gap unless you can get them to set the stone high enough that it can essentially tuck under. But I'm not sure even then, you can get them properly flush.
My e-ring is a similar style (MUCH smaller and with straight baguettes) and my wedding band sits as flush as I can get it because it's got angled sides that sit close to the e-ring. I've taken a photo that shows what I mean.

So I can get pretty close but there's still a gap. If it were tapered baguettes, I'd need a curved band to fit round.

It's 3.33 ct (9.8 mm) and I reset from a halo to the CVB Jovyn, as shown in my avatar. Size 4.75 finger.

I'd probably do an all baguette band or all rounds. It's a very classic look and I'd want a classic simple diamond band to go with it.

I wouldn't worry a second about flush fit. I like them better when the rings don't look glued together, personally!

It's not 5 carat double prong, nor is it Harry Winston!
But it is a 4.07 round brilliant with tapered baguettes, the band is 5, 0.30 carat round brilliant diamond
