I do recall someone buying that a very long time ago, and not liking the quality of workmanship on it, although aesthetically, it was a pleasing design. I think one of the melee fell out if I remember correctly. It was very pretty in the photographs though. The thread is pretty old, so I wouldn't be able to find it.

TL....what would you recommend for a cushion cut to maximize the stone presence?

Well, it's a square setting I think (need to see it head on), so a cushion might not fit properly in there. I don't know if a cushion would maximize the presence because it calls for a large stone to begin with, so I don't think it makes much of a differene if you put in a cushion or a more square shape.
