does anyone know more about this ring?

Hello! I have just found this ring that my great grandmother supposedly owned and I would love to find out more about it. There's an engraving on the inside that says "Orange Blossom", "K - 18K" and "RD 1936" which look similar to the engraving on the picture. Also, the ring itself looks like the picture provided but it has gold trim on the right and left sides that also has a pattern on it. I don't know much about jewelry whatsoever so I would appreciate the help. Thank you!
