This is my dream jewelry projects I'm going to create a real replica of 'The Heart Of The Ocean Deep Necklace' as a tribute to the movie TITANIC that is responsible for my addiction for precious stones & jewelry and finally the 'Kate Middleton Engagement Ring.

The oval weighs less than 15 carats and is cornflower blue while the heart shape weighs 29 carats and the color is royal blue. And sapphire is my birthstone by the way and I would like some suggestions where can I buy smaller diamonds lot to be used as halo for this jewelries project.
I am on a tight budget so I might as well consider diamond coated cz or moissanite and rhodium plated silver mount or palladium.

Wow! The size, the color!

I am thinking of a spinel bracelet, although my spinels are way smaller, but budget is a consideration, and wonder if rose-cut diamonds could work. They are probably cheaper than regular melee. Another options - round cut white sapphires, I saw some and they are very pretty and probably cheaper than diamonds as well. I saw some on ebay, and I also saw rose cut diamonds, but probably there are better sources.
