Engagement gift from my Aunt

A lovely gift from my “other mother” (Aunt) when I got engaged 10+ yrs ago. It’s been with my mother since I received it as I don’t really wear yellow gold but as I’ve recently been wearing mixed metals I thought I might get be able to give it the kind of love it deserves.

It was made in India and is 22k Gold with Synthetic Sapphires and 0.53cts of natural diamonds (H/I Si).
