Hello, BIW! I am not a terribly active poster - the last few months have been incredibly busy! As my wedding date creeps closer and closer, I do plan to check in more often. I love reading about everyone's ideas and progress... and I LOVE pictures! So I thought I would share some of our engagement pictures.

Last set... these were taken at the bar/restaurant affiliated with the hotel where we're getting married. We actually did these first, and having a few beers to kick things off definitely helped us loosen up in front of the camera!

CurlySue, these are fabulous! I LOVE Chicago (it's where my mom lives) and it is the perfect backdrop for your e-pics! My faves are the ones at the El stop...mostly because I love the gritty, but still beautiful feel, and the last one in the Pritzker set!

We are so lucky to have downtown Chicago as the backdrop for our pictures. So many cool places to shoot. I keep changing my mind about which one is my favorite!

Love them! My favorites are the drinking ones, hehe. We did that with our photog too; had a couple beers before we started shooting. It definitely took the edge off of a pretty awkward situation.
