Hi, i have rough lot of kashmir Ruby / non heated / non treated , i want to get it faceted . Can anyone please advise the best cutting place in canada. What are the charges and how to get it certified and evaluated.

FWIW, I would consider Gemconcepts.net if I had a stone that I wanted recutting.
