Thought I''d do a status check for the fall brides... I keep going from feeling like I''ve got plenty of time to panicking because I feel I don''t have enough.

We''ve got completed:
Ceremony and Reception Venue Booked
Photographer Booked
DOC booked.
Attendants chosen and confirmed on attendance.
My shoes and hair flower.

We''ve started, to some extent, to do the following:
Dress picked out (will order next Thursday)
Interviewing two florists in next couple of weeks.
DJ referrals but no communication.
Cake referrals but no notification.
Linen''s rental vendor picked out, but nothing reserved until we decide on a florist.
Invitations narrowed down to two choices.
Guest list finalized.
Wedding website started, but no where near complete.
Wedding veil vendor and style picked out, but not ordered. When do I order the veil?

We need:
Officiant
Addresses for Guest List
To decide if we are doing STDs or not.
Food/ alcohol finalization
Wedding jewelry
... a bunch of other stuff I''m forgetting.

I totally feel you on going from feeling like theres plenty of time to not enough, I give myself a little heart attack every couple days, lol.

So I pretty much copied yours and edited it to how far along WE are, and boy I feel so far behind!

We''ve got completed:
Sent out STD''s like December/January, I was anxious and didn''t want to wait once we had them in our hands! :)
Ceremony and Reception Venue Booked
Priest/Pastor to Marry us is confirmed
Attendants chosen and confirmed on attendance.
My shoes, just bought these today, but I always have immediate buyers remorse, so I''m going to keep them for a while and see how I feel in a few days.

We''ve started, to some extent, to do the following:
Dress picked out (have to go in to get measured to order)
Interviewing one florists in next couple of weeks.
Found the Cake we want and where to get it, but haven''t ordered anything
Looked at photographers but haven''t made and decisions.
Invitations narrowed down to a handful of choices, just depends on what our final color scheme ends up being.
Guest list nearly finalized.

We need:
A few of the addresses for Guest List
Food/ alcohol finalization - We have everything picked out but need to put it down in writing and everything
Wedding jewelry
Bridesmaid dresses - have found two possibilities out of the one shopping trip we''ve gone on
and like you everything else I''m forgetting, hehe.

I think that''s about it! I''m relieved to have all of the big stuff done, but intimidated by all the little things.

Mine is September 21! Argh.... I have to get so much done. Your lists have helped me organize though. I want to get the florist and DJ booked in February as well as a room block reserved for guests (totally slipped my mind, thank you ladies), my dress ordered. And I want to set up some cake tastings for the end of the month.

I forgot to add that I finished the registry and have wedding bands picked out. Oh, and I have our favors already.

Make up and Hair I''ve just started looking at, I''m going to call around and see how booked they are (you all are so organized!) and see if I need to act fast.

I don''t have to pick BM dresses or deal with that at all. I have one attendant and I asked her to pick out a nice black tea length gown for herself wherever she wants.

I need underrgarments, but I''ll wait till the end of August for that. Oh.. and to start going to the freaking gym!!!

Yikes! So much to do (now I''m in ''too little time'' mode... lol).

Thanks for lighting the fire under my pants!

another 10-4 bride here.
the 10 guests know who they are and will be there.
no dress. i''m waiting for it to hit the racks. it''s white, but not a wedding gown. spring 2008 lines are slowly entering stores. if i don''t get it, no biggie. i''ll find something.
dude marrying us needs to be booked. oops.
place is booked. need to make the downpayment.
gotta find someone to pug-sit my pugger (not worried cause everyone loves an old, fat pug).
the food is taken care of at the venue, which is a resort in a national park.
flowers?? meh. don''t really care.
gotta buy wedding bands. we both want tiffany lucidas to match my ring.
wine. we need a lot of it. yes, for only 10 people. we''ve started buying wine every week and it looks like we''ll be buying a lot of d''arenberg bottles. for any red lovers, i recommend ''the stump jump''. $14 a bottle in canada. we''ve had three in a week.
oh...shoes. i want a pair of orange and hot pink HIGH hells. high as in 3.75". i am not a shorty, but he is 6''10" and i will be just shy of 6'' in these. they''re the highest i can get without looking like a street walker.
that''s about it!! it''ll be a fun day. no stress, no fuss.

Oh honey! It''s okay. You''re fine-- deep breaths. When is your wedding date? If you want any help with anything, just let me know. I''m happy to help!

My date is September 6, technically, it''s summer, but it is after labor day....

I am trying to find a store that carries the Maggie Sottero AD1001

but if I can''t find that dress I will get the Maggie Sottero Sierra

I found the Sierra at Kate''s Bridal Boutique in Berkeley, and Katie so sweet. If anybody is in the Berkeley area looking for Maggie Sottero, Angelique and Cassablanca dresses, Katie''s great. I don''t know how competitive she is, I got quoted $1070 for the Sierra and I found it online for $750, I will let you know how it works out.

I just tried it on this week, it is the cheapest of all the dresses that I have liked and tried on(I think I have expensive taste and limited funds) . As soon as I take the pictures off my camera, I will post them.

OH. I LOVE the first one! It''s stunning!

You''re in Berkley! Awesome. I can help you with a couple of recommendations if you''d like as I''m in the east bay too.

Also, have you called Bridal Places in Burlingame and Walnut creek? Plus, it''s a bit of a drive, but Elegant Lace, where I found my dress, carries A TON of Maggie gowns and thier pricing is pretty good, plus my salesgirl Daisy rocked!

Hee hee, gypsy!

gtn, don''t freak out! I haven''t even got an inkling for an officiant. There''s a ton I haven''t done. We''ll be all right!

I''m Sept. 25. I live in San Diego but we''re doing it in Virginia.

We have booked the venue (b&b in the country!)
I have my dress
I got my shoes last night
Have the caterer, tent, etc..
Am about to order invites (24 people, tops, with our parents already all set, very casual invites)
booked airfare (thanks mom!)

Your lists are really going to help me even though my wedding is so small, so thanks for starting this thread!
