I love to bake and bring cookies everywhere so I am doing homemade cookies for everyone as favors. I will put a little note inside the box that says something along the lines of "a midnight snack from the kitchen of the bride". I think got that idea from someone here.

Anyway, I was thinking that to save a little time and money I would write on the top of the box in caligraphy the persons name and the table number. Then it would work as a favor and seating card. Place ithe boxes of cookies on a "place card table" and I knock two things out at once.

But now I have run into a problem. At every wedding we go to our names are put on the same card. You also put married people on the same card right?

But I don't want the guest of his friends to not get their own box of cookies. Do I find out who my fiances buddies are bringing as dates and write their name seperate? Or do I have to do place cards and favors because it would be weird this way?

I would find out the dates'' names and write them seperately. We aren''t even doing assigned seats/placecards (works better with our families) so in that case I would just put a cookie at each place setting without a name on them. Either way it sounds yummy!
