The trick to save your clothing is this: Make sure your deodorant is completely dry before you put on your clothes. Part of the staining is the deodorant itself.
If you have a problem with sweating through deodorant do this: Pat some baby powder on your underarms over the deodorant. You'll stay dry all day.
To remove deodorant stains from clothes: wet the stain and then scrub in Dawn liquid dish soap*. Let soak for ten minutes. Rinse, and then throw in the wash.(*obviously, test a section of your clothes before you try this.)

Yep...let the deodorant dry first. After I put mine on, I wear a tank top while putting on makeup & style hair and then get dressed.
My friend swears by baking soda, but I tried it and it didn't work.

It's made with corn starch.MC|1289086008|2757106 said:Haven|1289075376|2756999 said:I'm telling you, the dry deodorant covered with baby powder is the key! I like St. Ives feminine powder, it smells pretty.
I'm going to try this. Does the St. Ives have talc in it?
Oh, and I use Dry Idea Unscented.

I'm currently using the dove cucumber and green tea and it's okay.. nothing great-- it kind of seems to get funky by the end of the day ... does that one keep you smelling like absolutely nothing all day? I've never had success with an unscented deodorant which stinks, because I am also very sensitive.

I use Dove and have noticed the funkiness too! I just haven't been motivated to find a different brand. Between this and the Clarisonic, I just keep piggybacking on your problem threads
Edited for spelling.

I used to use Secret and it stopped working as well. With the Ban it also keeps me from sweating. I tried using a man's deodorant and liked it at first, but then it badly stained a dress I was wearing, it wasn't the deodorant itself, but something in it combined with my body's chemistry. It was weird it turned a red dress black

And I should have written Summer's Eve, not St. Ives--sorry!
