Funny you should ask.

We have the heirloom ring, FF just needs to reset the diamond in a setting that''s more "me"

I was playing with it last night, and we are putting into a safe deposit box so it''s safe while I''m not wearing it, and he can get it from the bank without me knowing (to help leave a bit of mystery as to when I''m getting it).

I said "I''m so sad to see it go because i won''t see it for FOREVER"

he''s like "How do you know you''re not getting it soon?"

I''m like "Because I KNOW you, and I know you dont have the money for the setting right now"

and he says "Well you don''t know how much money I have in xx account" (Thats the one I never see)

This goes back and forth for a while, him trying to convince me it could come soon and that he has stuff planned, and me saying "I KNOW you, and I would bet my LIFE it''s not coming until 2009"

Men....

But really, I''m glad i''m past the "if" and onto "when". That is SO much easier to tolerate, because it''s an exciting not knowing, vs an "Am I screwing up my life wasting time on this jerk?" not knowing.
