Thanks again for your comments!! Tiffany''s wasn''t quite a success. However, I did find a nice blue sapphire and diamond band. I still have quite a bit of time to look for a band though. News Girl: Unfortunately, I don''t live in the beautiful Napa area. My "wine country" is Niagara Falls and the surrounding area. I actually got engaged in a small town called Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Hi everyone,

I finally got my ring appraised. The specs are...1.68, VS1, E, good cut, size 6 1/4, the total carat weight of the ring is 2.18. I was quite surprised with the appraisal since my fiance told me it was 1.50ish. What a surprise!!
