Finding a Setting - Help!

Hi PS!

I bought two spinels back in August and am just now getting around to setting them. However, I'm having trouble finding a way to get settings within my budget.

I have a 3.05carat Silver Pink Cushion spinel that measures 9.2mm by 7.4mm and a 1.24carat Blue Oval spinel that measures 7.7mm by 6mm.

The problem is, since they don't have stock setting measurements, I can't just order a Stuller and have a local jeweler set it and I don't really know how to go about getting a setting made without it costing a fortune.

I want to set the silver pink cushion first. I want to set it in Rose Gold, likely 14k. I'm stuck on ring style between a halo and a pave split shank, but don't like how a split shank halo looks so that's not an option.

As far as budget, I'd like to keep the ring under 300 but my maximum budget is 500. I know I don't have a lot to work with, but figured it was worth asking!

Those stones are close enough to set them into any commercial setting at 9 x 7 and 8 x 6. It just takes a little manipulation of prongs or bezels to get them to fit well.

There are a number of commercial settings which can be easily done within your range, BUT diamond melee is kind of spendy and I doubt that you can do a halo in that price range, (just too many diamonds in most halo styled rings).
