Finger Warmer!!

For my birthday my SO got me a RHR! Which im wearing on the left middle finger - keeping that hand warm for a future sparkly

its the paloma picasso double loving heart ring from tiffs. Im not normally a heart girl but im a big fan of this design

THis is the first time SO has bought me jewellery in our almost 5 years together so its special to me!
