From my understanding it's not a good choice when the gia report says additional cloud not shown?

This would not be an issue when there are so many other inclusions noted. Even the main cloud is too small to be a problem.
But the stone likely has internal graining (video resolution is too compressed to check it) which can make a stone hazy in light with any UV component. That is a question for a well trained expert.
