Hello again ladies,
It''s crunch time, and I still have a few things to figure out... right now it is what the flower girls are going to toss from their baskets.

I think I want them to toss small flowers (heads only, no stems) instead of petals, but I don''t really know what to look for.
Do any of you flower guru''s have any suggestions? By bouquet is mostly white peonies with a few light pink ones. The flower girls are wearing light blue dresses.

Thanks!

I don''t know if they would be in season, but lilacs are my suggestion. They are small, purple and have the most heavenly smell. The come into bloom faily soon and it sounds like you are getting married shortly. Just my opinion

Hi happy in love,

This is totally off-topic for this post, but I couldn''t reply to the older one that it pertains to. I had the same issue as you with the Fern dress - way too expensive but I LOVE it! If you are interested in selling yours, I would be very interested in buying it. I can''t really tell from the picture, but it looks like we are a similar size. Let me know if you are interested in selling! My wedding will be in December. Thanks!

If your flower girls are wearing light blue, maybe they could toss some french lavender? Mmmmm, smells yummy!

I''ll bet it smelled amazing! Perhaps HIL is looking for more of a flower than a bud? I love the idea of fresh lavendar buds though...

Ooooh, fresh lavender! We had thought about dried lavender, but it''s not very pretty, but I LOVE the idea of fresh lavender!
I cant picture lilacs, but am going to look into that too. I also thought maybe the blooms of blue hydrangeas.

Epeterek: Hmmm, I will give it some thought. Back when I was looking for the dress I thought I''d sell it for sure, but I''m sort of attatched to it now. I don''t know why on earth I would need to keep it after the wedding though, so I will let you know. In the mean time, ask the salons that carry it if they are selling their sample anytime in the near future. It is such a delicate dress that the shop I bought mine from wanted to sell it sooner than most of her samples so it didn''t get too thrashed.
