Found a sapphire engagement ring... need advice, please!

Hi all!

I've been a lurker on this site for a while and the time has finally come for me to post.

Sapphires have always caught my eye so I have been searching for an east-west sapphire engagement ring for over a year and today I found one! I'm in love with the setting, but am hesitant on the center stone (2.31ct oval) since it wasn't something I originally had in mind as far as saturation/hue and cut. The jewelry store said they would be able to switch out the stone if I wanted, but I decided to seek advice here first.

Can anyone tell me what color this is? Also, it looked beautiful indoors to my novice eyes but the picture of it outside looks like it might have an inclusion.

Any advice or suggestions are welcome!

What do you love about the setting? I could think you could get elements you liked about that setting in another setting once you have the stone. The stone is the tricky part. I'd find a sapphire you really loved before a setting because you can always make a setting the way you want, not so much with sapphires
