I just read Basil''s thread about shoes she''s planning on changing into for her reception (nice shoes, by the way -- they look super comfy). Basil referenced a link that Frekechild had given (I''m not sure which one but I''ll check). That got me thinking -- what are the best websites and brands/labels you''ve found lately? I''ve been trying to focus my own search on shoes that I could definitely wear again, and I personally can''t wear heels. I''ll post what I''ve found lately, even if they''re not drop dead gorgeous. I''d love to see what others are looking at -- comfy, stylish, whatever.
Here are ones I''ve recently found:
Mudd "Linz"on the left and Grasshopper "Seaport II" on the right. The Mudd shoes are the kind that lace up your ankle. I''m not a huge fan of that style for me, so I just tied the "laces" around the bottom of my ankle and it seemed to work (wear them with jeans and you''d never know). The Grasshopper shoes aren''t the most stylish but they are really comfy and I like the button. They come in navy and red (this color is stone).
Both websites have great shoes, again more for comfort than for style, but definitely rewearable.
