I bought a 1 layer veil no blusher. Should the veil go on top of my head? or underneath the hair?

I agree with everyone else - the comb/hair combo is beautiful!

As for the veil on top or underneath - depends on the dress. Without seeing the dress, my personal bias is towards wearing the veil on top for the ceremony and off for the reception (unless you plan on wearing your veil throughout).
