halo ring with high setting

does anyone have any pictures of halo rings with high settings? Meaning, when you look at it from the gallery, it doesn''t look "Flat". But also, I don''t like the ones where the diamond sits above the halo either... I am thinking of something that almost looks like a typical solitaire but with a halo around it....

but can someone who uses those photshot programs, make it with a split shank that is narrow at the top and gets wider as it gets farther down your hand??

Funny thing, I actually took that exact picture of the icestore ring's profile and asked my jeweler to come close to replicating it when making my ring, so in part the head of my ring was inspired from the very ring you're looking at. (Oh, and my ring head now has support bars off the back and front, which aren't in those pictures.) I can't help you with photoshop though...I can't use that thing.
