Thank you ladies! I can''t believe it''s been 5 years. It just flew by. But we''ve got a lot to show for it. We got married, bought a house a year later, and then proceeded to have 2 kids one after another.

I got my anniversary present (an SP 7-stone anniversary band) earlier this year. My hubby couldn''t wait, so gave it to me on Mother''s day...so I wasn''t expecting a present today

However, my hubby sent me a huge and beautiful bouquet of 2 dozen roses plus some kind of lillies to work, and I''m just having a great day so far!

Can''t wait for the sushi bar/ improv date tonight. The headline act is Kevin Neeland (Saturday NIght Live alum).

I doubt it. My SP anniversary band + flowers was plenty. He''s already told me that any major upgrades would be at 10 years, and would involve ME picking out my upgrade. I don''t want to be surprised when it comes to diamonds.

Hi Everyone....

I just had to report that my husband did good this year. No.....I didn''t get a huge upgrade. He actually had a gift for me when I got home, I thought the flowers were it since I got the Anniversary band in May. Well, he surprised me with the cutest handbag from Coach. I''m all into the new Boho look this summer/fall, so he got me this bag posted below, but in a CAMEL color which is EXACTLY what I would have picked out for myself. I''m so thankful for my husband growing up with 3 sisters. He''s got a great sense of style, and always knows exactly what to buy me!

BTW, I forgt to say....we had a blast at the Improv. Kevin Neeland was not all that funny, but the feature (starter) comic Ralph Harris was a BLAST!

Well it was fun while it lasted, but I''m going to be all alone with the kiddos this week, my hubby just left on a business trip to Manchester England. He''ll be there for a week, but with 2 toddlers, it might as well be a month!
