Hope everyone had a lovely New Years!! Huby and I got dressed up for a lovely meal at one of our city's waterfront restaurants, then headed home to get changed, went back into town, paddled around in the beach while sucking down icecreams and watching the fireworks! It was still 30 degrees celcius here at midnight last night, so it was really wonderful in the water!!!

What did everyone else do??

Zoe it''s 7:47 here and my eyes are slits...I''m pathetic, sick or healthy. Ha ha ha. I called my parents to wish them a happy new year and said we''re pretending we''re in Australia and it''s already over. My dad said my mom was eating and would call me back, I told him not to bother, we''d talk tomorrow.

We went away to Mendocino for NYE...we have waves crashing outside our little place here...just walked back from downtown where 1/2 the town was in one bar and 1/2 the town in another! We were a little overdressed in our dinner finery as we chimed in on the new year, but it was fun anyway!!
