I just saw the new Signed Pieces 1.5mm Band and it''s just adorable. Just thought I''d share in case some of you ladies hadn''t seen it.

Ivy,

That''s so cool!! I''ve been looking for 2 tiny eternity bands to go with my solitaire, and I think this it IT. I was wondering if they will give me any discount if I buy 2 bands. Thanks for posting this.

That would be great.

These are just so perfect for stacking.

Ohhhh... I love it! Thanks for sharing!
Do you all think this band will look weird with my e-ring?
33.gif
I know it''s not exactly the same as the Ritani wedding band, but it is thin and very pretty! (I actually think this band is thinner than the Ritani band.) So it won''t be matchy-matchy... but maybe close enough? And I''m really loving the price! With what I was expecting to pay for one Ritani wedding band, I can buy two of these and sandwich my e-ring.

What do you all think?

I love it!!! Decided to post a pic......

Doesn''t hurt to ask.

I saw that the other day. Nice!

I was surprised that it was the same price as the next one though. (Next total is .53 where as the 1.5 mm one is .36)

Maybe it''s labor intensive to set all those tiny stones.

what a skinny little beauty! i''m thinking one for either side of my future x-prong

Chelle,

I put together some pics of SP''s thin band and an Endless Love ERing. I don''t really have a great photoshop program at work, but I hope this will help.

It actually looks like it may work. You can always order one and see how you like it and if not, you can always return it.

Good luck.

That band is too cute. I love it. SP has such nice things. I have gone there a few times to try things on and drool. It''s dangerously close to where I work.

Chellebelle, I''ll go there today or tomorrow, try that band on with my Ritani and let you know how it looks!

YIKES! That was kind of HUMUNGUS! Sorry...

Here''s another pic. Hopefully it''s not THAT big.

I''ve gone over at lunchtime also. Great sparklies. I think my hubby has gotten me the .53 ctw shared prong eternity band for Mother''s Day. I hope I''m right.
30.gif
. Oh, no! I really REALLY hope he isn''t saving it for our 1st anniversary in July!
32.gif

Anyway...hope the band works with your (and Chelle''s) gorgeous erings.

Ivy~
Thanks so much for making that collage! It looks great and it may be close enough to where it will look okay. And I'll cross my fingers on the Mother's Day gift!

Morticia~
That is so nice of you! I wish I could just drive over and try them on! Actually, I don't even know where they are located? Thank you though... I really appreciate that. We have the same ring and finger size, so I don't know who better to try it on than you.

Another pic of the Ritani band...
(It looks much better in person... more delicate)

Chellebelle - just got back! I went over there during my lunch and tried it on. Now, the band is GORGEOUS, and it sits flush, but something looked a little off with it. My friend went with me, and she was like "You could get away with it but something definitely looked slightly off. You may be better off with the Ritani band that is supposed to go with it."
7.gif

Now - here's the killer. The guy at Signed Pieces told me that they got the band from Vera Wang!
6.gif
SP is starting to make it now. He told me I was the first person to try it on too.

So, I think we could get away with it but it is definitely not perfect looking. And it's a damn shame too b/c we could get two of those bands for not much more than ONE Ritani band.

**Oh, and SP is located in NYC. In the Diamond District, on 47th Street. LOVE that place and I love the gentleman who works there. He is so honest and nice and not at all like most of the vultures in the DD. He wants his jewelry to look beautiful on someone and not just looking to make a sale. He told me I could go back and try the band on as much as I want, before deciding to buy.
25.gif

Wow! I love that band! I neeeeed to try it on.

You can also check this out. SP shows a band that''s channel set?, but it seems to me almost as if it''s really not "channel", but rather sort of pave''d.

The only diff might be that it looks to have millgrain (I think that''s what you call it). Also, it''s a bit wider, but they are very nice and accommodating at SP, so who knows what they can do.

The bands at SP might be very very close, but nothing will look exactly like Ritani. I''d be tempted to try the SP also (if only for the price difference).

In any case, good luck, Ladies!

HI:

Great ring for a thumb!

cheers--Sharon

Would one expect this type of ring to be difficult to clean d/t the lack of holes on the finger side of the ring like the Ritani channel set band has? I've heard that type of setting without the cleaning holes can trap dirt/oils etc.

Ivy~
I really like the second SP band you posted too! It has a more "antiquey" feel to it... very beautiful. Thank you for bringing these SP rings to attention... I never knew SP carried thinner bands!

Morticia~
Thanks so much for checking that out! I'm glad that you gave an honest opinion about it... gorgeous, but still a little off. I figured, but it was worth a shot! Something to still consider though, pricewise and everything. As far as the Ritani band, it is so stunning and perfect...
3.gif
The Ritani bands my jeweler had in stock were way too big, but I still got a good idea of how beautiful the set looks together.
30.gif
I might just have to stick with the one band and get the other for our 1 year anniversary. (If budget permits, that is! Hopefully, I'm not having to wait till our 5 year!) hehe

Thanks again for your help and opinions everyone! You all are so great!!!
