Okay ladies...I am a LIW and my SO and I are in the procsses of hunting for 'THE' ring...I found an AMAZING wedding set that I am IN LOVE WITH...to ME, its THE one! Well SO is away on buisness...has been for a while now and I just keep getting More and MORE excited bout going to see this beautie in person. We are SUPPOSED to go see it in a few weeks when he gets back IF he gets a day off work to do so...but im getn ANCEY lol. Would it be WRONG to go sneak a peak by myself with a friend and then just go with him again when he gets home? Have any of you EVER done this...or WOULD do this IF the oppertunity arose? He is excited to go..but I am MORE excited cuz I LOVE the ring and he LIKES it...So...for me its like LETS GO ALREADY!!!!! lol...what do you guys think?

Thanks for the replies...I THINK im gunna...and just not say that I went. I dont want him to think that Im trying to do this all on my own or dont want his opinion etc...im just EXCITED lol! It is the PRETTIEST set EVER ::drools:: im SO IN LOVE...ALMOST as much with IT as my SO hehe

I don''t understand why you have to lie? Why can''t you just ask him if he''s ok with it? He might want to be there and see the look on your face the first time you see it. If you go before hand, there is a chance that it could devastate him. Honestly I would wait... but if you just can''t stay away, why in the world do you feel the need to lie? Shouldn''t that be your answer right there?
