Hello and happy belated Turkey (or non-Turkey, for those who don''t celebrate) day to everyone!
I''ve been a long-time lurker but this is my first post. I love the LIW forum as I too am anxiously waiting for the big question! I''ve been with my boyfriend for 2 years now and we''ve been talking more and more about the long-term and marriage and all that good stuff. We even went to look at rings and we both tried to learn more about diamonds. We even stopped by a Tiffany''s store and the saleswoman was so good, he almost bought a ring right then and there and he''s a pretty hard sell! If you''re ever in the Tiffany''s in Bellevue, WA and are just browsing, don''t get caught by the older blonde woman rocking a huge Lucida ring -- she''d be able to sell you the shoes on your feet! For twice the price you paid! LOL.
Ever since we started looking casually at rings, I can''t make up my mind as to what I want. I started out just wanting a round solitaire on white gold but after discovering Pricescope and the gorgeous rings on here, I keep changing my mind! I just know once I decide on a ring (if I get a say in the matter) that I''ll want something else. It''s just so hard to choose when there''s so many great cuts and settings!
Unfortunately we''re currently long distance so we only see each other every few months, but he''s coming up for the Christmas holiday and he mentioned we were going to have a very "serious talk" about our future when he comes home!
