My husband bought me a pendant for my b-day. pink tourmaline stone with white gold setting, plus some small diamonds.
Bought from finejewelers.com (he only buys these things online to save time).
First time I received it, I inspected it and found a dent/chip on the stone. So I sent it back for exchange.
The customer service inspected it too when I called to follow up, and promised to replace the stone.
The second time (today) I received it, the stone was good. But I found one of the four prongs was broken, i.e., only half was remaining.
Should I ask for exchange again? I don't want to be unreasonable. But it does not feel good when he spent $300 on a broken piece.
