Hi guys, I posted in a forum about engagement rings awhile back and everyone on pricescope was so helpful I thought I would come to you for your opinions again! I have two wedding gowns, each one is beautiful in its own right but both are completely different. Unfortunately for me, I am completely indecisive and got great deals on both gowns (at different times) and now own two. I dont really have a style or theme in mind so it isnt really helping me to envision what type of wedding i want. I can also picture myself walking down the aisle in both gowns. here are links to both of the dresses. The pictures in both dresses are me, so its an accurate depiction of what the dresses would both look like on. What do you guys think?? all opinions are greatly appreciated!

I saw a woman trying on the Provinias in a bridal store the other day and stopped in awe of how beautiful it was. I think that one is both more classic and modern, which is more my taste but might not be yours. Have you tried these dresses on? Do you have pics?

I think the second dress is much more elegant. What kind of wedding are you planning?

I think I like the second one as well...it''s very romantic and looks really flattering!

I personally prefer the 2nd ... the overall dress is very beautiful, glamourous and consistent thoughout.
The 1st dress is also very nice but I find because of the nature of the dress, it kind of cuts you off.

Hands down the Anjolique - the second dress. I love it!!!! and i think it''s much more figure flattering, not that you need any help in that area - you have a great figure for wedding dresses!

Not a fan of the first, I''d go with the second.

lulu - we are planning an evening wedding in october. it will be indoors and dinner will be a sit down in a formal ballroom. The rest of the reception will be in a seperate room that is decorated in sort of an italian/tuscany type feel (in my opinon). I had already picked out the first dress before we started the planning but then was unsure because even though i loved it, i wasnt sure it was the style i wanted. We then picked the venue and I found the second dress. The venue was originally what drew me to the second dress (anjolique) because i feel it is much more formal, but as nkarma said, the first dress really is amazing in person - you can really see the detail and quality.

The first dress would also be more comfortable because it isnt so fitted but the second one isnt UNcomfortable, it will just require a little more maneuvering for sitting and dancing. My thoughts relating to the dresses are that the first one COULD look wonderful in the setting we have, but might be more suitable for an outside summer/spring wedding...maybe in a garden. Thanks again for your input, I have asked family/friends as well but having unbiased/neutral opinions really helps!

2nd dress! I like it a lot better on you!

Your figure is fantastic, and the 2nd one flatters it so nicely!

2nd one alll the way. Classy, elegant, romantic! The first one is more "dress up" to me.

Which are you leaning towards?

You can''t go wrong with either of them. But I gotta say, I really love the whimsical feel of the first dress! And it fits you wonderfully.

I prefer the 2nd one!

they are both pretty, but I prefer the second!

Personally, the first one does nothing for me, so I vote 2.

Both are lovely, but I have to say I definitely prefer the 2nd dress, I think it is just so romantic and elegant, and looks so beautiful on you...and I can''t help it, I''m a sucker for a train!!

I LOVE the second dress!

#2!

I prefer the second one, it''s a gorgeous dress. I am not loving the line of the first one, it seems to cut the body in half KWIM?

Here''s another vote for dress #2

I think the second dress is more suited to the venue you described.

Most definitely the 2nd dress.

Another vote for #2.

I keep going back and forth but have been leaning towards the second dress as well. One of my concerns with it (well kind of a concern) was that it is so detailed that i didnt really want to have to go through alterations and end up paying tons of money. The dress fits perfectly but i would have to wear high heels with it so that it doesnt drag on the floor. my issue was that i didnt want to wear uncomfortable shoes all night and that my fiancee is only a few inches taller than me so i didnt want to tower over him. however, the other day i found a pair of shoes that are super comfortable and they arent too tall! as long as he has shoes that have a heel on the back - hopefully 1 1/2 inches to be on the safe side - (do they make dress shoes with those size heels?) we should be good. knowing i wont have to worry about alterations besides adding a bustle and i wont be taller than the groom is making my decision a lot easier! :) thanks for all of your honest opinoins!

I like the 2nd one.

Another vote for #2

2nd dress!

I vote dress 2 as well! But they both look great!

To me the bottom of the first dress doesn''t look like it goes with the top.
The second one is lovely on you.

Since you asked

, The Anjolique dress is a hands down winner in my book. It really just pops all on it''s own and will make you stand out more. The pronovias is pretty, but it feels a little busy and a little beachy. Because the skirt is so fluttery when I look at the Pronovias, all I see is the skirt. The Anjolique does a much better job of drawing the eye, while looking stunning, to the overall picture.
